“Butterfly” — By Ali Makki
You paled-colored insect,
We were fooled.
Fish” — By Ali Makki“
Oh Hamoor, Anfooz, and Rabbit fish,
Forgive Allah for creating your cruel fate;
You are eaten, Your butts gnawed,
Your mouths always wide open, your eyes too,
Yet, you don’t dare to speak a word.
“To the frying pan, fish, yeee haaa”
“Fly” — By Ali Makki
You don’t deserve to live,
You don’t deserve elegant poetry.
“Turtle” — by Ali Makki
In a warm day of prayers,
A turtle treaded with pride
The green carpet of the mosque,
We were prostrating,
We kept prostrating,
The turtle mounted on the bald man,
It declared War.
One of my short poems, ridiculous ones for that matter. haha!
“Cat” — By Ali Makki
I stood facing the walls, peeing,
A cat passed by, “meow” it said,
I told it off while holding straight my penis.
It kept looking at me, never went away,
“Don’t you feel ashamed you perverted cat?”
